Physiotherapeutic diagnosis
A physiotherapeutic diagnosis is a structured examination of the whole body along with the recognition of the mutual influence of individual structures on each other. This means that we focus not only on the problematic place, but also on its function in the context of the operation of the entire complex tool, which is the human body.
Often, pain symptoms are only a signal that the body is overloaded. A place that hurts can be the tip of the iceberg – a whole set of problems that our previous injuries (e.g. ankle sprains, fractures), operations (e.g. scar adhesions) or the repetition of certain activities (e.g. sitting work) work on.
In the Blue Health Zones, your diagnosis will also be discussed in the context of exercise and own work on the body.
