I graduated with honors from my master’s studies in physiotherapy at the Faculty of Motor Rehabilitation at the Academy of Physical Education. Bronisław Czech in Krakow. During my studies, I received a scholarship from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements. Currently, I am pursuing doctoral studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University.
I specialize in holistic training methods, which I am a promoter of both in practical and scientific terms. In 2011, I was the first Pole to win the prestigious international competition NEW FACES OF FITNESS in Prague.
Functional Training, Yoga, Pilates and Stretching are the basic tools of my work as a physical therapist and personal trainer.
I have participated in many reputable trainings and courses both in Poland and abroad. I deepen my scientific passion at workshops and conferences in the field of Evidence Based Medicine and by publishing scientific articles in the field of rehabilitation. In everyday practice, I combine elements of various therapeutic methods, including: soft tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, medical taping and self-therapy.
